I have had to replace my plexiglass hatch slider, this Summer, for my 1997 H26. I contacted Hunter and they wanted $315 for a new one. I ended up buying a 4X8 sheet of 1//2" smoked plexiglass, having it cut in half and having one piece cut to size for a total of $225. I still need to drill holes for the wood that attaches to it. But that's no big deal. What I'm getting to is that I have a piece of 4X4 1/2" plexiglass that I will gladly sell for $92.50 (1/2 of $185). I live in the Minneapolis - St. Paul, Minnesota area. I can ship it somewhere too. If anyone is interested, call me at 715-262-5073h or 651-642-4655W or email at thultberg@conus.com.

Be very careful drillin' holes.

Tom: Be careful drilling the holes in plexiglass. They make a special drill that has a much sharper point than a regular drill for drilling Plastics. When you are drilling close to the edge it has a tendency to crack easily. It is well worth the $3-4 investment (belive me!)

drilling those holes

A sail boat dealer once told me you should use a high speed drill on plexiglass.
