I am in the final stages of a total refit of a pearson 26 sail#439 of 1972 and would love to hear of/from former owners.I have found evidence of a VERY HARD grounding and have taken care of all that I can see,but I would like to know her story.The only real history I have is a parking sticker from the city of Fairfax.Many thanks in advance for any info. is the boat registered through the state of Virginia or is it documented from the US Coast Guard? That would be the first place that I would start.

Bad Obsession,thanks for your reply.I bought the boat from a fellow who imported it into Canada with the intent to refurbish her for resale,but had a falling out with his partner so just wanted out.The boat was on the hard in Magog Quebec Canada.There was no name on the boat and no home port...thanks again Ian
Try contacting a Pearson Owner's Association or group... they often have a good idea of who owns what boat...
