Plastic water seal for Day Sailer 1

Currently refurbishing Day Sailer and I need to replace the vinyl rib moulding between the teak rails and the boat hull. Dimensions are 5/8 in width with 1/8 in bead. Picture attached.
Any information appreciated.

You might also want to contact Cape Cod Shipbuilding, current builder of the DS IV. Although they are not putting wooden comings on the new Day Sailers, they are doing s on several other boats they build and they might be able to suggest a good method of sealing that joint. STUR-DEE Boats in Tiverton, RI builds a 14' catboat that in layout is very similar to the DS I, so they may be another source for info on bedding the cockpit coamings.

I would also check for Taco rub rail products and even rubber baseboard products from the box stores. Sometimes there are perfectly fine alternatives available for far less money.
