I am looking for sources of Plastic Diesel Fuel Tanks. I have the Tempo web site already. Are there any other reputable manufacturers of plastic diesel fuel tanks out there? Web addresses would be helpful.

I didn't find fuel tanks at Ronco. All the tanks I found on their web site were marked not for fuel. They make linear polyethylene (LPE) tanks which are damaged by fuel. I need crosslinked polyethylene (XPE) which can stand up to fuel components.

You are correct, Ronco does not make fuel tanks. I have never been successful finding an affordable supplier other than Tempo. You might do a web search for tank builders. There are companies that will weld a custom poly tank for size and fit. They tend to be quite expensive though.

I've got a 1988 Hunter Legend 35,and it has a 20 Gallon Plastic almost see-thru Diesel tank. It's mounted with straps on the Starboard side. I Believe I also saw in West Marine Catalogs, different size and capacity Plastic or Poly type Diesel Tanks.
