Plasteak feedback...

Ahoy! Has anyone used the Plasteak sole covering or similar vinyl to do the floor of their cabin? Do you need to use a foam underlayment or can it be bonded directly to the fiberglass floor? Trying to decide which way to go - this or one of Boulter Plywood's sheets.

I and several others I know have used Lonseal.

sole redo

I used the Plasteak to redo the sole on my 34 Hunter. The laminate is made to glue onto plywood. it is only an 1/8" thickness. However in the v-berth which had a teak and holly laminate from the factory I used a vinly glue on the fiberglass floor and it is holding very well.
