At the Atlantic City Boat Show there was a C350 with a plasma screen tv and swing arm attachment to the bulkhead. I was told this setup is how the new C350's are coming when you have a factory installation. I was also told that it runs (with TV) apprxomately $2500. Has anybody seen this attachment or have one that they purchased in the after market? I already have a plasma tv but would love to attach it the way the factory did. I just took delivery of my new 350 but did not have this option put on. Thanks for the help.

Thanks

Thanks Joe. I went to Circuit City and they have exactly what I needed. The cost, $129. The plasma TV at Gateway (15") $399. Total $549 vs. $2500. PRICELESS.

Extra Effort

Did you notice the custom teak mirror/storage box on the wall of the aft cabin that hid the mounting hardware of the swing arm? I am not saying that this is worth the difference or that it can not be replicated but there is a lot of extra thought and effort in the factory installation that made it come off looking very good.

Other Parts

Don't forget to have and antena run while they are stepping the mast. Is the Gateway TV both 12V and 120V or do you need an inverted? Also did the factory install come with a DVD player or was that extra?

Sansui

Bill I bought a Sansui 15" LCD Flat screen TV at Best Buy. I did buy the adjustable arm but decided against it and mounted against the starboard bulkhead on my C320. I thought I was going to need an inverter but after opening the box I saw that there was a box on the power cable that took 110V and dropped it to 12V. Great, just cut the wire after the box and hardwired the TV right into the batterys below. Great Tv, I can see it clearly from the helm.
