Recently bought the above pump for a spare. I can find part# 030183 1/2 X 7/8 hose. I have 3/4 inch hose for the other fitting. Part# 302217 is for 5/8 hose. I can make a fitting with a hose barb 3/4 npt x 3/4 hose. The elbow I need is 1/2 male to 3/4 female, I believe they call it a barstock street. Cannot seem to find it. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks,
Mark

Is this for freshwater or saltwater? With freshwater you can use brass and shop for a street elbow. If it is salt water you'll need bronze.

You could use a fitting like this with a nipple on the ½" female side to make it male.

Thanks for the reply I did not think of that solution. After further research I can go with a 1/2 to 1/2 elbow and use a 1/2 to 3/4 hose fitting. I can find those.

I believe my pump had 3/8" pipe nipples. The OD of 3/8" pipe is 0.675" (5/8" is 0.625"). The hose was clamped to the nipples. You have to check, but it may not be possible to spin the two elbows on next to each other. Another solution is to use 45 deg. street reducing elbows. These have a slightly lower "spin radius". You can also search for "bronze male reducing street elbow"
