Piling Rollers

I need some help on this. I am looking for a product to attach to a piling. I have seen it advertised before. It is a chain with 5 3" black balls (used as rollers)with the chain run through the center.The chain circles the piling and the rollers allow it to freely rise and fall with the tide. This product is used by motor boaters in marinas - I think. I have been trying to duplicate this with no luck. Any ideas?
