I need the PHRF for a 89 Catalina 30, TRBS Wing, no chute and a 130 Genny. I need to fill out the application ASAP as this is a charity race, and the deadline is tomorrow.

Anyone know for sure the ratings of a Cat 30, wing, TRBS. All I have been able to find are for fin keel versions. I would think the wing would be a different rating. As I had previously stated, I am entering a charity race to help raise money for a scholarship fund in the name of a fallen firefighter from 9/11. The application is due ASAP. I have checked the Catalina 30 website, in addition to many other sites, but all mention 5.3 drafts.

If you can't find it rating for the wing, then
send your app in with the rating for the fin keel. If they don't like it the race comm. will change it to what is correct, or ask you to submit an application for a one-off PHRF rating to their PHRF committee. If you happened to find a rating for a wing keel for another geographical area, that rating wouldn't necessarily be accepted in your area anyway, as local PHRF committees can revise ratings based on the prevailing conditions in your area. Given that it's a charity regatta, the race comm. want as many participants as possible, so they'll be accomodating.
