PHRF Rating for the S2 10.3

I'm curious about the PHRF ratings on the S2 10.3 in other areas. Do you have the 4'11" draft S2 10.3 or a 6'2" draft S2 10.3? What is your PHRF rating in your region?

My somewhat ancient PHRF book shows S2 10.3's rate 114 in Chesapeake Bay, Galveston Bay, North Carolina, and Detroit. In Southern California, Lake Erie, Mid Atlantic (NJ), Long Island Sound, the Florida Suncoast, Northeast Florida and Lake Champlain, they rate 117. They rate 120 in New England, Lake Michigan, Narragansett Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and in Cedar Mills (TX) , The book I have only shows the standard boat's rating; adjustments might be made locally for shoal draft or other differences. There doesn't seem to be too much variation (117 +/- 3 seconds per mile), so the best way to heat things up a bit might be to put in carbon fiber spars.
