My club says that adjustments for in-boom furling main are done on an individual basis. I want to request a review as I suspect it should be greater than 0 which I am getting today (in-mast is +6). Does anyone have advice on what a fair adjustment might be? Any supporting data would be much appreciated. Thanks!

As far as I know, most PHRF boards give no credit for that.

Unlike in-mast furler which can GREATLY reduce sail area, in-boom furling (leisure-furl?) does not reduce potential mainsail area, because horizontal battens can still be used.

Its a great system. Use it and sail fast!

That's going to be a really tough fight! I don't see any argument that would support your position.
