After the Southern Ocean crossing from New Zealand Kiwi Roa made her way down from approximately the middle of Chile into Patagonia and southward to Tiera del Fuego.

Lots more ice but it's not all glaciers. Enjoy.



The Falklands and South Georgia I. are due for treatment sometime soon. Stay tuned.

words cannot convey my appreciation

Thank you so much for your photo jounal the likes I have never experienced. I was captivated and awed. Beginning around Chili and Argentina the terrain and sea ports were quite calling to me. The trip south toward antartica caught my attention and quickend my heart. Your attempt to portray the vastness of scale was much welcomed and helped me consieve a modest appreciation for the grandness of it all. When you actually made it to the continent proper I became somewhat more reluctent to follow in your adventure. The cockpit photo off the "Horn" sealed it for me. I am only much relieved that your trip did'nt end in some horrifying event. I had to take a deep sigh of relief to find your fine vessel safely tied to the fishing dock. It has been portrayed as the trip of a lifetime. I can surely see why, but it will remain in your lifetime not mine-wheh. Thank you so much for the ordeal.
