John, was never a professional pizza maker. Have tried for years to make a decent pizza. Finally figured it out. We like a thin crust NY Style pie. I had about given up when we remodeled our kitchen and the new oven had a Pizza setting, apparently the oven heats from both the top and the bottom on this setting, helps to melt the cheese.

Gunni, you realize the oven temperature is about 800* F, I suppose if you like your fish well done and charred....That looks perfect for grilling a fish in about 5 minutes on the beach!
