Phil, Contact local Public Utilities Commission

This is a good tactic for dealing with Qwuest/Local Bell when they fail you. I deal with this stuff on a daily basis and they generally only respond to gentle threats.In the mean time, they should be forwarding your calls at no charge with appropriate paths to the number of your choice, and continue this service until you feel comfortable with the installation of the new services at the new site.

PUC: fine idea

I'll give that a shot. They haven't done anything that can't be fixed, but the time they want to repair their own mistakes is incredible. Man, if we ran our business that way... well, if we had a monopoly I guess we could...
