Dial 904-462-3077 and ask the receptionist to put you through to customer service, or parts. Call your dealer for warranty service or parts first. If you have to use the 800-771-9463 or 800-771-5556 lines. You should contact your dealer first. Remmember the guys in customer service are the front line for dealers requesting warranty assistance. Most calls they answer could have been answered at the local level. Their names and extension numbers are Eddie Breeded @3032 and Greg Emerson @3044. For retail parts Mike Williams is at 3015. Remmember your dealer can most likely get things done faster. I called Nissan in Japan once for a transmission and the quote after 2 weeks of phone calls was 4000% higher than I got it for at the local parts house (thats just a joke) ;-) JB JB
