Two of my hatchboards are smoked plexiglas. One or both have bowed slightly so they don't fit as well as they should. Is there a way of heating and sandwiching them to take the bow out and flatten them again?

I've seen them heated in an oven to bend them. Don't see what you have to loose if you heat them up and straiten them out.... I would use a cookie sheet and not the just rack. If it fits... If not there's a pizza shop close to everywhere.

I've used very very hot, near boiling water to bend the stuff. Lay the ends on a sawhorse, and pushing down on the bow, holding it until it cools.
Chris has it, We needed our side fixed ports to have a bow. I laid them on Blocks, boiled water and wrapped towels around the plexi then kept pouring boiling hot water on the towels. Then put a weight in the middle to hold it down. Let it all kool then checked for fit. You'll probably need to bend past flat just a little so when you remove the weight it will spring back a little to flat.
Good thing with this method is you can do it as many times as needed to get it right without screwing up the plexe.
