We are still looking and getting lots of great info. I'm still very curious about these C&C's. They are reasonable $$, post some good PHRF numbers and have a more classic look. Hunter 33 - what slip are you at? I'm familiar with a H34 at our marina. I'd like to get a look at an H33. Some chance we could end up on the TX coast (Corpus) which would really change the "Ideal" boat... Just need a crystal ball to see the future! Thanks again DCS

Try a B285

We had a B285 and loved it. Meets all the criteria you list - including price. Not as roomy as any of the 30 ft boats, but we were competetive against Hunter 285, 295 and 30, O'day 31 or 322, Catalina 30.This year we traded it in on a B331.I think it's still for sale at Orleans Trail Marina in Stockton, Mo.
