I'm looking for a smaller mid size sailboat, for me that means 26 to 30 ft. I'd like it to have an enclosed head, porta potty ok. I prefer an outboard engine. I need it to be able to handle blue water. I think I've settled on either a cape dory 29 or a grampian 30 but I welcome any input or suggestions. If you know of a boat that needs some tlc, cosmetically speaking, at a low price, don't have much of a buget, please let me know.
