Hello I am new to the area and am currently at a marina in Bath N.C. Would like info on the best places in the area to buy things needed for my 30'ft hunter thanks

Sorry, can't be much help for smaller items in your area but with more expensive items (much over $100.00) the internet is your best friend. Defender, E-gauges, you name it.
Like Ralph said, the internet may be your best bet. I know Bath is close to nowhere. I am not sure if Washington or Belhaven has any marine stores. I know Oriental has a West Marine but quite a haul. New Bern is probably the largest town within 100 miles. Not sure is you need basic hardware or things specific to the H30. Check out Garhauer.com , I have been getting most of my blocks, organizers etc. from them.
o.k will check Washington out this weekend pass through there on my way. Going up tomorrow trying to get her ready for the trip to Edisto beach
If you happen to have a universal engine there is a Kubota dealer (Mitchels) in little Washington on the right as you head toward WM.
