Absolutely agreed, Gunni. I had it there prior on the RAM mount, but it was always sort of an afterthought. The VHF extension alone is going to be worth it's weight in gold - being able to hear all of the ferries coming and going again while in the cockpit moving around Elliott Bay makes me very happy.
