I agree. Similar, but not right.Don't think an Electra. Looks a bit short on length and the lines on the cabin look a bit sharp. I never owned an Electra but I did own 2 Ensigns.
If you are looking to buy it, I'd talk to folks that own the docks/slips and see if they know who owns it. It doesn't look like the owners come to the boat much....I agree. Similar, but not right.
I love the transom shape. I left a note on it. Hopefully I hear back from the owners

Not to be overly blunt, but you trespassed to leave a note on the boat, but couldn't knock on the door of the private residence? It's at a private residence.
No one was home when I knocked, so I left a note. I've had pretty good luck leaving notes for people. It usually leads to a pleasant conversation with the owner. Sometime I end up with a boat. Usually it's an older gentleman who is more than happy to talk sailing/boating for a bit. Only once have I ever had anyone get upset about it. I got "Stay the F off my dock", which is acceptable. Not to be overly blunt, but you trespassed to leave a note on the boat, but couldn't knock on the door of the private residence?
I don't know where you live, but where I live folks would not be overly welcoming of that strategy.
