Pearson 303 Stay Tension

I have a 1986 Pearson 303 (hull #314). I want to check the tension on my stays and re-adjust if necessary. Does any 303 owners know what the spec tension should be on the Outer 9/32 stays and the Inner 1/4 sidestay and backstay?

12-15% is basic tension with a 3/4" forward 'pre-bow' of your single spreader mast on a 303.
