I am very close to finalizing the deal for my first sailboat, a Pearson 27. I would imagine this is a good place for being reassured that I have made an excellent choice. Barring the survey results. I think the boat is in very good shape.

I am refurbing a 1974 P26, I haven't sailed it yet but it's a very solid boat.
