I just purchased a 1973 Pearson 26 and I'm trying to find an original owners manual for her. Does anyone know where I might look? I tried all the obvious search options on the internet without luck... I just sold a MacGregor 26 and loved the mac owners web-site. Has anyone found a similar site for the Pearsons? Thanks, Kurt

If you want to download the document go to: http://www.sailingseadragon.com/index.htm Then go to "Manuals", then "1981 Parts List 36 Cutter" and you can view and download a PDF version of the parts list. Many of the older Pearsons had Datamarine instruments on them and the manual for each can also be found there as well. Also if you go to “Sea Dragon's Spec” page you can find a link to the P26 we once owned and sailed. What a wonderful boat... The kids still talk about that boat to this day. We rarely went anywhere with her that someone did not stop us and relay their fond memories of the time they spend on their P26... The boat is great sailing boat that was always very forgiving as I performed many “dumb sailing tricks”….. She is a low maintenance, bulletproof boat that you will enjoy for years Good luck Garner

Hey, I sailed a Pearson26 a couple of yrs back and if you have the depth for the keel - and a good outboard, (15hp), to push it - it is the best sailing 26 for the $$$. It handles like a 30' and takes rough water like a 10 ton.

you might try rudy at d&r marine, i kknow he is primarily oday stuff but i think he has asked me more than once if I have a pearson or an oday which makes me think he may have a line on pearson's as well. btw the boat looks great,is she all there.
