Pearson 10 M, w/ farryman R30 diesel engine

I am looking to hear from anyone with a Pearson 10 M equiped with the R30 Farryman diesel. This boat is new to me and I would like some referance point to guage perfoamance. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks Scott Kelloway. skellowaype@yahoo.com

I had one a few years back. Positives: I found the engine reliable over the 14 years I owned the boat. Negatives: Parts were expensive and had to be mail
ordered. The few repairs the engine needed were expensive and hard to come by. There were very few mechanics in my area " MA bay " willing to work on the engine because of familiarity issues.
