parts question

I recently purchased an '88 Pearson 31. I noticed that the hydraulic (?) icebox part is locked in the open position. I can't seem to get it to release. Do any of you Pearson owners know a part number for that? Also, the boat came without a manual bilge pump lever (cockpit). Any ideas about part numbers or where I can get replacements appreciated. For the ice box strut, I don't have a part number, but you can just remove it and bring it in to an auto parts store and they'll be able to find a match. I did this for my P31 several years ago and it worked great.
