FELLOW CATALINA OWNERS I AM SEEKING A RELIABLE SOURCE FOR PARTS FOR THE UNIVERSAL MX25 DIESEL. ARE THERE ANY THOUGHTS ON WHAT THE LIFE OF THESE ENGINES IS?

These are very reliable engines but somtimes small parts break. I use TDC Equipment (Terry Brown) for Universal parts in the Los Angeles area. Phone is 714 898-1996 and they are very good even with 17 year old engines like mine. Good luck, Jeff
