I have a 2002 Hunter 270 with two 12V fans mounted on swivel brackets, one in the galley and the other just aft of the forward hatch. They have two different fasteners to adjust angle and position. While attempting to adjust one the other day, the threaded mounting bracket stem snapped off in my hands.

A search for threads in the forum, and a search for parts in the store yielded no matches or info. Does anyone know the source of these, and if they are still available?

Found it - in case anyone else needs this info down the road...

I see the SBO store does carry Caframo products, but apparently not this model. Thus the link to another vendor.

I should add that I always receive excellent customer service from SailboatOwners.com, will continue doing business with them whenever possible, and recommend others do the same!

The fans are probably cheaper just to replace then repair. If your a DIY fellow then use a small length of metal strapping with screw holes on the ends to give you something to screw the two broken pieces of plastic together. I have fixed many things with steel mending brackets over the years. Just make sure you pre-drill the holes in the plastic first or it will likely crack it further when tapping screws.
