Part to hold the shrouds in the mast

I'm not sure what these are called, but the previous owner jammed these pieces of folded up plastic to keep the shrouds from working their way out of the mast. What are the proper parts called?

I still think beer can pull tabs might work... Or maybe stuff the hole with a batch of my hush-puppies. Nothing can digest or dissolve one of those...

I just got a few nylon drywall plugs that you can screw into drywall to hang stuff on.
I think that could work too, they are cheap at Home depot

Kermit, unfortunately no, I ordered only the five I needed.

See if a stainless bolt about 1/4 in diam can fit all the way through the mast, both side stay t-ball slots, above the t-ball fitting. Held with a lock nut with nylon insert, that works well on my 23, the t-balls cannot slide out of the slot as mast is raised. No drilling or replacement of rivets needed, and bolts are not expensive.
