Part or screws missing on bottom of hull, Hunter 18

Anyone with a Hunter 18 or 170 able to take a picture of the bottom of your hull, just aft of the centerboard? Our club boat is taking on water from these two holes. I'm trying to ascertain if there is a part missing or if its OK to just plug the two holes. See picture below.

Looks like the aft end of your board flap was cut about an inch short. Attached is what mine looks like. Short of getting a new flap kit plug the holes. It won't affect performance and apparently will plug a leak as well.

@CurtisC is correct that the flap extended to the end of the channel but was either cut off or replaced with a shorter cover. Put the boat on the trailer tipping the boat trailer up with the transom plug open to allow water to drain out. It depends on which boat construction for repair to plug both hulls. The 170 is plastic built which Plastic Welder can be used for plugging. If 18!that should be built out of fiberglass and a two part epoxy would be fine plugging that hole.
