Part identification and Parts missing.

Dear Sailboat Owners members:

First, let me know if I am in the right spot! Chrysler (TMI or WELCRAFT) Mutineer or STARWIND 15, 1982 or 1981

I did not get any of the hardware that goes around the CB on the bottom of the boat. The screw patterns do not match the CB hanger so I do not know where it goes.
I have the cover for the CB topside, but do not know what the shape is for. Second image down.

The picture of the stainless cable is 14 feet long. Not sure where it goes.

All the holes along the length of the centerboard trunk on the bottom of the hull were for fasteners to hold flat metal (SS) strips which held the rubber centerboard gasket in place. It was a one-piece rubber gasket that had a slit in the middle to accommodate the centerboard when it was lowered.

Thanks for your reply. I mounted the centerboard hangers from the top for easy removal. Is it safe to just fiberglass up the area, adjusting to the contours of the surrounding areas?
