part for Maxwell windlass

Hi!
I have a Maxwell windlass in Hunter 45 2010 (don't know the exact model of that windlass)
A part of the windlass I believe called "striper" or "piler" (pic attached) is partially destroyed.
Does anyone knows where can I get one, and is there any manual that shows the exact way to install it.
