Nereussailor...I edited that post to help clear it up. I thought when I wrote it that it was clear I was referencing me. I do that on a lot of posts, preface them with something along the same line.
I am glad we cleared it up...I would have hated for you to think I was a jerk.

Here is a web site where you can get good reproductions for $4.95 2/3 size, and $7.95 full size. I got all my San Juan Island charts from them. I suggest that you stay away from the 2/3 size, as they are too small.

Yes, got them at Boat US. I would not leave home without them.

I relied on the chart plotter coming down the east river. The channel around the air port didn't show up and I had to stop and ask directions.

BTW, someone, not you, offered to burn and send me a copy of the Captain Ron DVD a while back because some lucky skipper kept the VHS I loaned to him. Anyone else in a "providing" mood for me? With my broken leg I NEED a good sailing jolt!!! Please, understand, I'm not asking about other good sailing movies, I've seen them all, so please don't start another best sailing movies thread, OK?

Hey, I stopped in there today just for a look. they are pricey, but if I need it, I bet they have it. except for varnish, paint etc.
