I finally decided to tackle replacing one strip of lights in my panel that was fried from a lightening strike 7 years ago. As I previously stated the original manufacturer of the panel was not interested in providing a replacement board. Worked with Phil here and he got the same response.
Others recommended finding the lights at Aliexpress but the only ones I could find there were 12V. Having gone through the LED cabin lights previously I wanted bulbs rated for at least 14V to cover when the charger is putting in more than 12V. I found 12-16V LED bulbs at Hobbylinc.com, mdp382. These are used in model train layouts.
Attached are pics of the original board and the new board I made from ¼” plexiglass. The wire on the new bulbs is very fine and delicate. I held the bulbs in place with epoxy. Also put epoxy in the electrical connectors. Also included is a pic of the final installation. The middle strip are the new lights.
Hope this helps others with a similar problem.
