Paint ?

I'm currently trying to paint my topsides with a one-part primer. The paint wouldn't cure over the places where there is epoxy on teh hull. Instead it turned into a paste. Is there a way to put this paint over epoxy or do I have to use a two-part primer?

You have probably encountered

amine blush a by-product of the curing of epoxy resins. Clean off the spoiled paintprep the surface with a good solvent cleaning and try again.
