The paddlewheel type speed sensor on my Catalina doesn't work. After looking at it I have found that the problem lies with tightening the outer ring of the cylinder/ paddlewheel part. If I tighten it so it doesn't leak then it seems to some how squeeze the paddle wheel so it doesn't spin freely. If I leave it loose it works fine but leaks. The gasket is intact and there is no key hole on the paddle wheel part to line up with the cylinder. Anyone else had this problem and solved it? thanks, jack
