Packing/Stuffing Size for Catalina 30

My friend needs to know the packing/stuffing size that's proper for Catalina 30, please! Thank you!

Packing

If it is a 1 " shaft, (which it is) the correct size is 3/16's and 3 rings required. Use the teflon stuff, it works great. Fair winds Dave
