P42 electric head upgrade

I have just finished changing out my old raw water Jabsco noise generating machines for a pair of beautiful fresh water Raritan Marine Elegance's ( thanks Peggie for the recomendation!!).
Quite a job, but having done it , like most things , could do it in a fraction of the time next time! So, if anyone wants some ideas and suggestions about this wonderful and highly recomended step into the 21st century- contact me and I will be happy to share my learnings!

Yes, please!!!

I also have an electric Jabsco conversion and though it works well it makes so much noise that it wakes the dead!. Not only that but every year I have to change leaking paper gaskets. So I would really be interested in your gained wisdom, as I am sure others will too.
