I all. I hope some folks here w/some knowledge about Pearsons could help me out a bit.
I am having zero luck locating any info about the 70's built center console 39. After hrs of searching, all I've found is two for sale adds and that's it. No spec info, no review info, nothing.
Ive been given a "great deal" on this boat but would like as much info as can be had defore pumping all my time and money into a full restoration.

Is the boat in question a Pearson 390? We did charter one many many years ago in the Bahamas. Our boat was a centerboard and sailed quite well. What I do remember is that it was well balanded upwind, with the board about 1/2 way down and would sail iself for hours. It seemed quite solid, if a litte plain.
