P-31 rudder bushings

I have a 1990 P-31 with wing keel, and this fall I've had to remove my rudder to replace the shaft, cutlass, etc, and in doing so, I'd like to put the rudder back in with all new bushings and whatever else I should replace while it's off....any suggestions or advice on where to get the parts? So far I've been told I would have to have them all custom made
