Oxford MD moorings

Do any of the Chesapeake Bay Sailors have any knowledge of the mooring field that was created on the Tred Avon just off of the Oxford Yacht Club?Specifically, are they private or for the use by the general public?Thanks,Mike Ds/v Serenity 1998 H376Annapolis, MD

I saw those last year

and I think that the yacht club in that area put them in for their sailing dingys. I ancored just off of that area toward the other point. It seemed like a good ancorage with good holding. I thought that it was wierd that they morrings were there.
