"Owner's Name" Change

How does one go about getting the owner's name changed on the Membership List of Current Association Members?
I am the new owner of Hull # 189 as of this spring. The boat name is remaining the same but the following change should be made -


Hull # 189 - Alan Schaub - Hicksville, New York - Concerto In Sea
(remove Abel Ramos and Trumbull CT)
