I recently purchased a 1984 Hunter 31. I have found loads of papers and manuals for the various systems on board, and for the engine, but I have been unable to find a Hunter owners manual for the boat itself. I presume there was one originally. Is that something I can get through Hunter or some other source? Thanks in advance... Joe S/V Charis

I called Hunter and they mailed a photo copy to me. There was a small charge for the service ($5 or $15 I think) If you provide either a fax number or your mail address I will be happy to send you a copy of mine. No charge. I have a 1983. 30' Owners Manual
I just purchased a 1980 30'. I also called Hunter and they said they could photocopy for a $15.00 charge. So looking through the paper work I found a owners manual that is 11 pages long with little information but useful for a buyer or owner. I can send a photo copy for free if you would like, just send me the info where to sent it. I hope this will help...

Got H31 manual for 1983 model
I've got that manual, but I wouldn't say it's anything to rave about, and I don't consider it worth $15 for Hunter to copy and send. If anyone needs a copy just send my your mailing address to scotinnh@aol.com and put "Hunter 31" in the subject line so I don't delete it as junk mail, and I'll burn off a copy for you.
