Under the owner mods for 30' you will find one for a 1979 Hunter 30'. They will not tell you much.

The owners manual is very sparse and almost useless but it does contain the electrical diagram and the plumbing configuration. These two are pretty basic and simple but it would not hurt to get the diagrams.
