Last I heard, they offloaded a bunch of light cars from an upper deck and replaced them with big SUVs, communication breakdown or poor planning did the rest. Profit margins may be a contributing factor, more likely than pot, probably a complex collection of errors made by otherwise lovely people, as is usually the case.
I know several captains who regularly pine for the good old days before they got their licenses when they could still get high, one fail and you lose your license is pretty good deterrent.
