I was an owner of a H34 and have now moved on to the 37C. Can you remove my e-mail address from your list. Its normally a pleasure to receive info from other owners and not only those with similiar sized boats, but I believe the use of this forum by Mr. Mummah is excessively overdone, seems he would be better suited to his own personal site. The constant exposure to his barrage of questionable material is, I feel, quite inapppropriate to what this site was intended to provide its users. Maybe my request to have my address removed from the site is the only solution. Thanks

CANADA

JUST LIKE A CANADIAN! Americans like maxi info and choices. Like picking ower own doctors. OK Just kidding, I don't want to cause an internatioal incident or anything. What would we Yanks do without Molsen and Alan Thick. I just think most Canadians are a bit passive aggressive. It must have something to do with America having better hockey teams.

Mummah Does Have a Site

Roger Mummah does have a site, although it is under construction. It is www.cruisingendlesssummer.com As the site is developed, it will have information about our experiences with sailing and cruising and specific information about the Hunter 31. Sorry for over using what ever I over used. I think Hal must be talking about the email list - not HOW. The instructions for unsubscribing from the email list is clearly posted at the bottom of each email. I doubt if posting a message on HOW has anything to do with unsubscribing from the email list. Hope I did not say too much here. Can't we all just get along? Sorry...Roger Mummah

Watch your mouth, He's my Hero

Hey Buddy, where I come from those are fightn' words. Roger's comments are free for the asking and I for one find them very informative. If you don't, then don't click that little mouse button on his stuff.

Keep 'em comming Roger..

I monitor both this site and the hunter email list at Sailnet and don't recall any postings by Roger that are troubling. Like the other respondent said, just click on by. I will admit, however, that the sheer volume of postings, often meaningless, on the Sailnet list can be annoying, but that's the price of a free society isn't it. I really think the original author's complaint here is misplaced. As the owner of a 31 like Roger's (that's now for sale at a great price) I respect Roger's ideas and input. Keep 'em comming.

Remove foot before opening mouth

Not only is your post remarkably insensitive, its also badly misdirected. Before you post some flame about another owner and condem the web site in the process, you should get your facts straight. This site has nothing to do with any mail lists. And if it did, this would be absolutely the wrong way to get off it. To remove your name a mailing list, first read the mail. It will usually explain how to unsubscribe. If that doesn't work you might consider taking up your issue with Roger, not the other thousands of owners who hang out here. Now, about Roger. He's a great guy, a good writer, an accomplished cruiser, and a Hunter owner. He also takes the time and trouble to serve as a catalyst for some valuable discussions. I'm proud he writes on this site and wish he did more often. As for your post, I almost removed it but decided a more just punishment is leaving it up. ph.

Keep it going Roger,

I always look for messages by Roger Mummah, I really do not know what the fuss is all about. As for remarks about Canadians, I am not sure how it crept up in there, but I am putting snowballs in storage and if anyone wants to pick a fight, I am in business. Cheers, John

Never met Roger, but I think I'd like him

Roger, Keep the emails coming. I greatly enjoyed the saga of Endless Summer. If it ever gets to be too much, I think I still know how to find the delete key. Paul

Keep It Up Roger

I have always and will always enjoy your commentary. It is informative, enjoyable, and (at least in my humble opinion) well founded. You have got my vote (on both sites).
