I'd like to share a recent experience I had with Force 10. We are the proud owners of a 1985 Hunter 34. Our Oven is a Galley Gourmet Range from Force 10. Twice in the past month I contacted Force 10 via e-mail with questions regarding the oven (thermocouple issues). Within 24 hours I received a response from Paul Windover at Force 10 (PWindover@force10.com) with troubleshooting suggestions. I am very impressed with the prompt and professional responses I received. We did not purchase this oven the original owners installed it some 15 years ago. In today's world of "you bought it now it's your problem" Force 10's dedication to service is refreshing. I dropped an e-mail to Bryon Adams (Force 10's owner/president) commending Mr. Windover's service and received a personal reply (again within 24 hours).
