I don't own them, but have been on a boat with them. Made a real difference in the amount of heat passing thru the port light. Well made with a simple mounting system.

Are they translucent? They look solid, opaque.

I put them on every hatch when I replace the lense. They are opaque, they are easily removed although I rarely do so, and they do a great job of keeping the boat cooler. Much better than my ocean air internal shades. They are made of an expanded flexible plastic that floats. Here is a shot of one on my forward hatch (Lewmar54):

Thanks for all the replies! They caught my eye when PS did the review and it sounds like they are what I am looking for. I planned on pretty much leaving them on all the time and was concerned with wind getting under them and chafing my ports.
For those of you who leave them on, any issues with water coming over the bow for forward most hatch?
I plan on installing on my mid ship hatch, which I'm not worried about and the forward hatch....

Thanks!

I converted my hatches to 1/2" dark smoke plexi. They are much nicer than the 1/4" I see often. They do not craze and crack so easily. You can walk on them. They reduce light nicely.
However, the opaque, plug-on cover sounds nice!

The instructions will tell you to take them off when sailing, but I rarely do and they have seen +30 kt winds, no problem. I ran into the owners (small biz family guys) at Boat Show and they laughed that they don't take them off when sailing. Tuck them under a bunk in the fall when the sun is not a problem.

Hey Jon - I have them on my 355. My only criticism is that the thin edges around the hatch hinges get brittle with sun exposure, and a piece broke off of one as a result. Still usable, but I don't trust it to stay on in a lot of wind. They're great for protecting the lenses. Jim Outland has the measurements for our boats, so no new measurements needed. I like them.

Thanks John! I plan on ordering today. Did you put them on the two overheads only?
