Outhaul 3:1 purchase conversion

New to sailing and just purchased a 94 Hunter 29.5. The Outhaul did not have any purchase to it and yet I found documents that show a 3:1. I'm in the process of changing it but not sure how I can attach the single block at the mast end of the boom.

Check your manual..... The pulleys system is internal .... in the boom

Try using a cheek block on the boom
