I know you can mount up to a 4 horsepower motor on a O'Day Widgeon. Can you also mount one on the O'Day Twelve. The overall lenght of the 12 is the same as the Widgeon, 12'4". The O'day twelve seats 4, two in the stern and two midship on 2 seperate wooden seats. It has a 3 foot wooden Daggerboard, and wooden rudder. It only has a mainsail. There is not a storage area beneath the foredeck like the Widgeon. Teh sail area is 75 sq. feet compaired to the Widgeons 90.
